The large swimming pool is heated all year. Surrounding the pool and is a tranquil terrace area. Furnished with comfortable sun lounges and a covered alfresco dining area.

Location & Local Attractions

Villa Joel is in the best central location in the touristic resort of Puerto Del Carmen and the charming Old Town. Only a short walk to the beach front. Take a leisurely stroll to the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen with its 5km of spectacular golden beaches. Palm trees and rocky divides. An abundance of bars, shops, national and international restaurants.

Centrally Located Villa

The villa is centrally located on the Island and is ideally placed for the many excursions such as: Timanfaya National Park (live volcano), Camel rides, Jameos del Agua (caves) Cueves De Los Verdes (green caves), Cactus Park, Bird Park, Cesar Manrique Foundation and Mirador Del Rio to name but a few!

Villa Joel is also a short fifteen minute walk to the Old Town with its sandy coves, seafood restaurants, tapas bars. The picturesque old fishing port is a favourite spot to watch late night boules or sample one of the many excellent seafood restaurants.
