Review: This is a high-spec, very private villa, It’s located near the golf course, north of Puerto del Carmen but (just about) within walking distance of the town. A hire car is necessary, if only for grocery shopping, but the walk into town is partly across scrubland and the LZ-40, downhill there but uphill back, and it can feel a little too much, especially when it’s hot. But of course, that distance from the town means absolute peace and quiet up at the villa! It really is tranquil. We didn’t see or hear anything from the neighbouring villa, and they cannot see into any part of Villa Kura, being lower down the hill. Inside, the villa is roomy, modern and comfortable with everything you need. Outside, you have so much space and so many places to squirrel yourself away. If I could change one thing, I’d heat the pool to a warmer temperature – we were numb within moments of hopping in and it put us off using it. Overall though we would 100% recommend this villa to people who are looking for peace, privacy and space in an elegant villa, and who are perhaps happy to drive into town to restaurants.

Review: We have stayed quite a few times now at Kura… Easy booking with Roy & Jill & always on hand to help throughout the process. Never disappointed with the support staff Sylvia, the cleaners & the pool guy. Special thanks to Jill who came to our rescue when Fiona took covid on the day of our return & we had to stay on another week… Different villas found to accommodate us for that extra week absolutely brilliant help & support through a stressful time. We would never hesitate to use Bestvillaslanzarote on hopeful return holidays… Villas are of a high standard with outstanding gardens & outside areas & Roy & Jill perfect hosts… there if you need them but also leaving you to enjoy your holiday. Fantastic Stay at Villa Kura

The whole family had a wonderful stay at Villa Kura. The property was immaculate, felt very homely but had a traditional feel to it which we all loved. Our two small children played in the lovely warm pool for hours each day whilst we relaxed in beautiful surroundings.

Overall we had a fabulous stay at this villa. We would highly recommend this villa and we wouldn’t hesitate to return one day.

Also we would like to thank the owner Jill who safely returned my Kindle to the UK as soon as it was discovered to have been left behind!

1-15th October 2018. Spent a fantastic fortnight for our honeymoon at Villa Kura!

Beautiful spacious villa, well appointed, all mod cons. All amenities and kitchen utensils you will need. Great BBQ and outdoor eating area.

Beautiful outside gardens and pool area. Beautiful pool was very welcome in the heat and the hot tub was a great bonus. Both were attended to by a professional three times during our visit.

Very well looked after by the housekeeper and great comms at all times, including with the owners.

Extremely convenient for local amenities (with a car which is necessary), only 10-15 minutes drive to the airport, 5 minutes drive to local town Tias (supermarkets and bars) and 7-10 minutes drive to Puerto del Carmen (beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets). Despite the close proximity (by car) to amenities , the villa is very private and rural, with only 2 or 3 properties nearby. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbours.

As busy professionals we have very little time to relax back in normality so we only went out to buy supplies; the garden and pool was too nice to leave! So we can’t comment on any tourist attractions!

We would definitely love to return to Villa Kura in the future. We can’t recommend it enough!
