There are several patio doors leading out from the lounge areas onto the sun filled terraces.

The villa has two luxury kitchens that both open up onto very spacious lounge areas. Furnished with plenty of sofas and comfy seating.

Games Room

For fun there is a well kitted out games room, equipped with with Table tennis, a new pool table, and a hand football table.

There are a total of 9 bathrooms of which 7 are en-suite, 2 of the bathrooms only have shower enclosures with no bath.

The Palace has two Master Bedroom Suites each with their own en-suite bathrooms. A further 6 large double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The final bedroom has bunk beds and comes with its own bathroom.

Fresh Bath towels provided twice weekly. Bed linen changed every week. Pool towels are available for your use during your holiday. Cots and high chairs and two Z beds are available.

Enjoy the large (8m x 4m) heated swimming pool or relax and rejuvenate in the luxurious hot-tub. There are an plenty of comfortable sun loungers surrounding the pool.

The expansive south facing terrace offers panoramic sea views. With a lovely big BBQ area.

There is also a Putting Green for those who wish to practice their short game in the sun.

Location & Local Attractions

Imposing and luxurious. Villa el Palacete is in an elevated position in the village of Guime. The main tourist area of Puerto Del Carmen is a short 10 minute drive away. Where you will find miles of fabulous golden beaches and superb resort facilities.

A large hypermarket is only a 5 minute drive away from the villa. Deiland the nearest shopping centre is close by.

There is a small local supermarket 2 minutes away in the village.

There is a £500.00 security/breakage deposit to be paid with the final balance and returned after your holiday has been completed.
