There are several large glass patio doors leading out from the lounge areas onto the sun filled terraces.

2 Luxury Kitchens

2 Luxury kitchens on different floors that both open up onto very spacious lounge areas. Furnished with plenty of sofas and comfy seating.

Well Equipped Games Room

For fun there is a well kitted out games room, equipped with with Table tennis, a new pool table, and a hand football table.

This room also has a small workout area with latest Gym equipment.

9 Luxury Bathrooms

There are a total of 9 bathrooms of which 7 are en-suite, 2 of the bathrooms only have shower enclosures with no bath.

Black marble ensuite bathroom in the Primary Bedroom has a jacuzzi bath with an overhead shower. Separate shower area has seats of 5m2, twin sinks and all set in luxurious black granite.

This bathroom is also suitable for guests with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users. The bathrooms on the lower level offer a feeling of complete decadence and luxury.

9 Bedrooms For 20 Guests

With two primary bedroom suites each with their own en-suite bathrooms. A further 6 large double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The final bedroom has bunk beds and comes with its own bathroom. Plenty of room for 20 guests.

Fresh Bath towels provided twice weekly. Bed linen changed every week. Pool towels are available for your use during your holiday. Cots and high chairs and two Z beds are available.

Enjoy the large (8m x 4m) heated swimming pool or relax and rejuvenate in the super large luxurious hot-tub. There are an plenty of comfortable sun loungers surrounding the pool.

Has a massive walled-in landscaped gardens and secure electric entrance gates.

The expansive south facing terrace offers panoramic sea views. With a lovely big BBQ area.

There is also a 64 sq m Putting Green for those who wish to practice their short game in the sun.

Location & Local Attractions

Imposing and luxurious. Villa el Palacete is in an elevated position in the village of Guime. The main tourist area of Puerto Del Carmen. Which is a short 10 minute drive away. Where you will find miles of fabulous golden beaches and superb resort facilities.

Looking for groceries? A large hypermarket is only a 5 minute drive away from the villa. Deiland is the nearest shopping centre and is close by.

There is a small local supermarket and our local bar 4 minutes away in the village.

There is a £500.00 security/breakage deposit to be paid with the final balance and returned after your holiday has been completed.
