The swimming pool is heated throughout the year. Surrounding the pool is a tranquil, private terrace area furnished with comfortable sun lounges and a covered alfresco dining area.

Location & Local Attractions close to Los Mojones

An exquisite property is available for holiday rental and is within the sought after area of Los Mojones. A short walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) is the main beach promenade of Puerto Del Carmen where you can find golden beaches, supermarkets, shops and plenty of good restaurants and tapas bars.

Also close by is The picturesque old fishing port of The Old Town is a favourite spot to watch late night boules or sample one of the many excellent seafood restaurants.

You can visit the fabulous Marina at Puerto Calero. Gaze into the clear waters to see the many species of fish. Book a submarine or catamaran trip. Or take a snorkelling lesson or two.

Lanzarote’s latest golf course is 1.2 km away and the Rancho Texas theme and water park is just a 10 minute drive. No long coach journey’s from Lanzarote airport as it is only 11 km away, a short Taxi ride.

Review: We had a brilliant week in this outstanding villa. The welcome
package was lovely. The villa is big and very nice. The outdoor area is a
massive highlight – the pool is fab and we made enjoyable use of the
pool table and hot tub. It’s a 25 minute walk from both the harbour and
the strip and a decent 15-20 minute walk from the nearest shop, fine
down the hill, hot work back up. But the taxis are excellent around here
and Puerto del Carmen is a fun place with lots going on. We’re fit people
so it was fine but the walk could be challenging for others. We are people
who love air conditioning but since it’s so windy and high up having the
windows open meant we just didn’t need it. This was peak summer heat
too. We fully recommend this villa and thank you to the hosts Jill and Roy.

The heated swimming pool and hot tub were a big hit as was the TV Package with Sports and Movies!

The villa was pristine and spacious; communication with the owners was excellent.

I recommend this villa to everyone I know!!!

Review: We enjoyed a wonderful week in this Villa which was first class in everyway. The Villa was spotless on arrival and everything was as just as requested even down to a “gluten free” welcome pack which was much apricated.
The Villa is in a quite location and this made for a perfect week of relaxation, we had one minor issue with the TV on the final day but Roy was on hand within minute’s to advise how to solve the problem.
Thanks to Roy & Jill we enjoyed the perfect week and we have already booked to return next year
