Off the dining area, you will find a spacious and comfortable lounge, which also has lovely Ocean views and spectacular views of Fuerteventura. The large lounge area is comfy and spacious with plenty of stylish seating.

The latest media entertainment system is installed and includes a massive 52″ HD Smart TV. Including English and Irish channels. Netflix and Satellite TV (including BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5 and all SKY Channels. A DVD player.

The sitting room is a comfortable and inviting area with plenty of seating.

Leading on from the upper level, and following the stairs down to the lower level, you will find a Games Room. The Games Room has an american pool table, a football table. With a TV with multi-channels (English and Irish channels) and a DVD player. Helping to ensure guests of all ages are kept entertained.

There is a single bed & full-size bunkbeds here also – the ideal space for children or teenagers sharing. The Games Room has double doors that lead you directly to the pool and patio area.

Four Bedrooms

Villa Jessica has plenty of space with the accomodation comprising of four large bedrooms. Spaced across two floors.

On the upper floor you have one double bedroom with a Kingsize double bed. A twin room with two single beds. Both of these bedrooms lead out to a small balcony overlooking the pool and share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, double hand basins and wall mounted hair dryer.

Bedroom Three is a large double bedroom with super kingsize bed. Bedroom four has a single bed. Bedrooms Three and Four both share a shower room, WC, double hand basin, walk-in shower and wall mounted hair dryer.

Exterior Areas Of The Villa

Oval Heated Salt Water Swimming Pool

This prestigious villa is a detached property. Both private and secluded with mature tropical gardens. Enclosed with large walls made out of lava giving you privacy during your holiday.

There is an inviting Oval shaped salt water swimming pool that you can enter via romanesque style steps. The pool is 7 metres long and 5 metres width. The shallow end is 90cm deep and the deep end is 1.20m. This swimming pool is electrically heated from October 20^th until May 1st.

There is an exterior utility area with a washing machine and freezer for you to use. Extensive open and covered terraces and spacious patio areas with several sun loungers. Beach towels are provided.

There is also an outdoor shower along side the pool area.

Outdoor Shower

There is a state of the art custom built charcoal barbecue, with plenty of garden seating so you can enjoy dining al-fresco. A pool table and darts can also be found in the patio area for your entertainment.

Security & Accessibility
