4 Bedroom Villa in Lanzarote – Casa Cristal

Casa Cristal is a 4 Bedroom tastefully designed villa with 4 large Bathrooms. It can accommodate 10 guests. This spacious boutique villa is suitable for families or a small group of friends.

For those whom desire a truly unique holiday experience in Lanzarote.

The villa is secured by a modern security alarm system and also has two safes. It is also wheelchair accessible.

There is also off street car parking for three cars directly outside the villa. Smoking is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask you to use our patio area if you wish to smoke.

Interior Areas Of Casa Cristal

This villa is very spacious and would be great for a large family holiday. A perfect getaway for your holidays. Away from the covid madness. Relax in this private luxury holiday home.

Entering the villa through a large glass sliding door up along from the pool and terrace. You will find the lounge area which is fitted with the latest entertainment systems. The living space is lovely and spacious and gives you full view of the pool and terrace area.

Off the living room, you will find a split-level dining and lounge area, giving you a nice area to relax and later dine.

Unlimited High Speed Internet WIFI

Unlimited high speed Internet and WIFI is available throughout the villa. Casa Cristal has air-conditioning to help keep you cool during those warm Lanzarote nights.

Lounge Area

The villa has a spacious living room with plenty of chairs and seating. For your entertainment the TV is able to transmit UK TV Channels. A SKY TV Package with Sports and Movies.

English & Irish channels are available such as BBC1/2, ITV1,2,3,4, CH4/5, (Irish TV)RTE1/2,TVE3. The Smart TV can get access to Netflix of course. Allowing you to catch up on your favourite television shows whilst away. It includes a DVD player and a radio/stereo system.

Kitchen & Utility Room

The kitchen is really spacious and well equipped. Just off the dining area the modern fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to make this villa your home from home. Including a full size fridge and fridge freezer.

There is also a utility room off the kitchen, with a washing machine and drying space for you to use.

Four Bedrooms

Casa Cristal has four large and spacious bedrooms with more than enough storage space. Will sleep up to ten guests.

Bedroom One

This King Size bedroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and wall mounted hair dryer. You can also access the pool area through the triple glass sliding doors, which overlooks the swimming pool.

With a large en-suite bathroom. Jacuzzi bath, WC, walk in shower and twin basins.

Double Bedroom Four

Two double beds. Air-conditioning, wall mounted hair dryer, TV and DVD.

The second shower room is located off the sitting room and has a walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Double Bedroom

A large double room with a super king size bed, free air-conditioning and wall mounted hair dryer. You can access the pool area through the sliding terrace doors. Also overlooks the pool.

Twin Bedroom Three

Two single beds, Air-conditioning and wall mounted hair dryer. Secure floor to ceiling double glass doors overlooking the pool and terrace.

One shower room is situated between bedrooms two and three for shared access. This has a walk in shower, WC, double basins and wall mounted hair dryer.

Exterior Areas Of The Villa

Chill Out in a Heated Swimming Pool

A saltwater swimming pool with Romanesque steps awaits you. The ideal place for you to relax and unwind during your stay in Casa Cristal. The private pool is electrically heated from October 20^th until May 1^st and can also be lit up at night-time.

A pool side shower in the pool area is also fitted for your convenience. There are plenty of sun loungers and beach towels provided for your use.

For your entertainment there is also a Dartboard and American style pool table.

The large heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and has a alfresco dining area.

Location & Local Attractions

This exquisite villa is within the sought after area of Los Mojones, Puerto Del Carmen. This beautiful Villa would be ideal for families and groups of friends.

The villa is set between the beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and the charismatic Old Town and harbour. A favourite spot to sample one of the many excellent eaterys.

A short walk from the Villa you will find supermarkets, shops, good restaurants and tapas bars.

Lovely spacious villa with privacy

My partner and I stayed at this villa for two weeks and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was exceptionally clean on arrival and we felt that the photos didn’t do the villa justice! It’s such a lovely place for a holiday and we are keen to come back next year. Would definitely recommend and absolutely loved our holiday here!

This property was absolutely amazing, great location and exactly as it appears on the website with spacious rooms and fully equipped with all that you need. It is run by an extremely efficient management company who were easy to deal with and were very attentive when we needed them providing immediate assistance and prompt responses. Communication with the owner was also a pleasure, always there to lend a hand when we made inquiries of him. I would certainly recommend this property to others who wish to stay in Puerto del Carmen, it is close to the hussle and bussle of the new town but situated in an elegant and refined area of Puerto del Carmen. I would book this villa again without hesitation. Thank you for such a great stay.
