The large oval shaped swimming pool is heated all year. 10m long by 3.5m and the depth ranges from 1m to 1.52m. Surrounding the pool and is a tranquil terrace area. Furnished with comfortable sun lounges and a covered alfresco dining area.

Location & Local Attractions

An exquisite villa that is within the sought after area of Tias. A short walk from the Villa is the village centre. Where you can find supermarkets, shops and plenty of good restaurants or tapas bars.

The picturesque old fishing port is a favourite spot to watch late night boules or sample one of the many excellent seafood restaurants.

You can visit the fabulous Marina at Puerto Calero. Gaze into the clear waters to see the many species of fish. Book a submarine or catamaran trip. Or take a snorkeling lesson or two.
