Travel The Canary Islands: Tenerife, Lanzarote and Gran Canaria
Lanzarote Covid entry requirements are set out below and are quite simple to follow.
Once you have completed this form, you will be given a QR code that you will need to show on arrival in Lanzarote.
There is now a nationwide requirement across Spain to present a negative PCR (swab) test taken within no more than 72 hours prior to arrival, in order to enter the country.
This should NOT be an NHS test. You should seek a test privately.
You must download and activate the Radar Covid notification app
You must download and activate the Radar Covid notification app for the entire duration of your stay in Lanzarote and the rest of the Canary Islands. It must be kept active for 15 days after your return home.
Because the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has said the Canary Islands are now exempt from its all but essential travel advice, any existing insurance will once again be valid.
On all new bookings made from 30th November 2020 the following applies:
If your fights are cancelled or the Foreign Commonwealth Office has changed the Island status to ” advise against all but essential travel to Lanzarote due to a virus outbreak, then 100% of the monies paid for your villa to Bestvillas less a small administration fee (£60.00) will be refunded or offered to transfer to a new booking date in the same villa.
